Many people decide to focus the bass fishing interests on smallmouth bass fishing for several reasons. Pound for pound, the smallmouth bass is proclaimed to be one of the toughest fighting freshwater fish in existence. It not only does acrobatic leaps, makes powerful runs and it also does tail walking making it one of the most exciting species of fish to pursue.
